I’m a person-centred counsellor based in the Cairngorms National Park. I work with adults, both individuals and couples, face-to-face in Boat of Garten and near Grantown on Spey, or online and by phone from anywhere in the UK.  Person-centred means I work with the person, not the problem: I’m interested in you, your experience, what brings you to counselling and what you’re hoping to get from it.
